يوضّح هذا النص كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك عند استخدام نظام الطلبات الخاص بمطعمنا وخدمة الطلب عبر واتساب.
عند إرسال طلب، قد نجمع: اسمك، رقم جوالك، رقم الطاولة، تفاصيل طلبك (الأصناف والكميات والملاحظات)، وعنوان التوصيل إن وُجد. عند الطلب عبر واتساب نستقبل رسالتك ورقم واتساب المُرسِل لتأكيد الطلب فقط.
نستخدم بياناتك حصراً لتجهيز طلبك وتوصيله والتواصل معك بشأنه، وإدارة نقاط الولاء إن كنت مشتركاً. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف خارجية لأغراض تسويقية.
عند اختيارك إرسال الطلب عبر واتساب، تُرسَل رسالتك إلى رقم المطعم عبر واتساب Business (Meta) لتسجيل الطلب في نظامنا. تخضع رسائلك أيضاً لسياسة خصوصية واتساب/Meta.
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات للمدة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وسجلّات المبيعات، ويمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك بالتواصل معنا.
لأي استفسار حول خصوصيتك أو لطلب حذف بياناتك، تواصل معنا عبر رقم المطعم على واتساب.

This page explains how we handle your data when you use our restaurant ordering system and the WhatsApp ordering feature.
When you place an order we may collect: your name, phone number, table number, order details (items, quantities, notes), and delivery address if applicable. For WhatsApp orders we receive your message and sender WhatsApp number solely to confirm the order.
We use your data only to prepare and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, and manage loyalty points if enrolled. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
When you choose to send your order via WhatsApp, your message is delivered to the restaurant's number through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to record the order in our system. Your messages are also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy.
We retain order data as needed to operate the service and for sales records. To request deletion of your data, contact us via the restaurant's WhatsApp number.
